Please text the last four digits of your credit card and your 7-digit laundry card number (beginning with 00) to 954-906-9256.

Card Error: Remove the card, clean the chip, and try again. If the issue persists, purchase a new card and mail both cards to Aaxon Laundry Systems, 6100 N Powerline Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, Attn: Customer Service. We'll try to transfer your remaining balance to the new card. If the card has a hole punched in it or has been written on, it may be damaged. You will need to purchase a replacement card from the kiosk or your property.

The balance on the laundry card is lower than the vend price. Please add more value to your laundry card.

All of our Kiosks are equipped with laundry card dispensers. Please check the machine in your building, often located in a laundry room or other common space, to see if the terminal has a BUY option. Some properties sell laundry cards at their main office and not out of the Kiosk. Please note that there is a $5.00 cost for a new laundry card. The card will be dispensed without value. The Kiosk does not make changes, nor does it apply credit to a new laundry card purchase.

Insert or tap your laundry card on a washer or dryer to view your balance. Pressing START will deduct the applicable amount from your card. You can also check your balance at the kiosk. Please note that your laundry card and app balances are separate and are not linked.

Mail the extra card to Aaxon Laundry Systems, Attn: Customer Service, 6100 N. Powerline Rd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. Include your name, phone number, and the card number you're keeping. A Client Experience Associate will call you with a value code to reimburse the purchase price.
