Aaxon Holdings, LLC d/b/a Aaxon Laundry Systems ("Aaxon," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting Personal Data entrusted to us.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect Personal Data in connection with our websites, laundry equipment and related services, resident and customer support, service and refund requests, communications, marketing activities, financing inquiries, and other online and offline interactions with Aaxon (collectively, the "Services").
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Data" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated or linked with an identifiable individual. Personal Data generally does not include deidentified, aggregated, or publicly available information where excluded under applicable law.
This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Data for which Aaxon determines the purposes and means of processing. Third-party mobile applications, payment platforms, digital wallets, financial institutions, property-management systems, websites, and other services that are not owned or controlled by Aaxon may maintain their own privacy policies and practices.

Depending on how you interact with Aaxon, we may collect the following categories of Personal Data:
- Contact and identifying information. This may include your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, company or property affiliation, apartment or unit information, and similar identifiers.
- Laundry service and transaction information. Depending on the laundry system, payment method, mobile application, property, and technology provider involved, information processed in connection with the service may include laundry location, machine identifiers or QR codes, transaction dates and times, amounts charged, account or stored-value information, refill or usage history, machine status, service history, refund information, and customer-support information. The specific information available to Aaxon may vary by system and provider.
- Account and authentication information. Where applicable, we may receive account identifiers, email addresses, telephone numbers, ZIP codes, property or laundry-room associations, usernames, account status information, and other authentication or account information used to register, access, or administer an account or service.
- Payment information. Payment card and other financial information may be collected or processed in connection with certain payment services by Aaxon, banks, card networks, mobile-payment providers, payment processors, or other technology providers, depending on the service used. The information available to Aaxon may vary depending on the payment system and provider.
- Service, refund, and customer-support information. We collect information you provide when requesting service, reporting a machine problem, requesting a refund, communicating with customer support, or otherwise contacting us. This may include photographs, transaction details, property information, correspondence, or other information needed to investigate or respond to your request.
- Website and device information. When you use our website or other online Services, we and service providers acting on our behalf may collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times of access, approximate location derived from an IP address, and information about interaction with our website.
- Communications and marketing information. We may maintain records of emails, telephone calls, text messages, web-based chats, contact requests, marketing preferences, surveys, and other communications with you, including related message and communication metadata. Aaxon may also record or monitor telephone calls for quality assurance, training, security, fraud prevention, service documentation, dispute resolution, or similar legitimate business purposes. Where applicable law requires notice or consent before a call may be recorded or monitored, Aaxon will provide such notice and obtain consent as required by law.
- Business and commercial information. If you are a property owner, manager, laundry operator, equipment customer, vendor, prospective customer, or other business contact, we may collect information relating to your business relationship with Aaxon, including company or property information, equipment needs, existing equipment or vendor relationships, proposed projects, purchase or installation timing, and related commercial information.
- Financing and qualification information. If you request financing, credit assistance, or business qualification assistance through Aaxon, we may collect information you choose to provide regarding your proposed transaction, financing needs, business or project, and financial qualifications. Such information may be provided to financing partners or other third parties involved in evaluating or processing the request.
- Employment information. If you apply for employment with Aaxon, we may collect information contained in your application, resume, communications, and related employment materials. This may also include employment eligibility, professional qualifications, driving qualifications, and background-screening information where applicable to the position and permitted by law. Employment-related Personal Data may also be governed by separate notices or policies.
2. Sources of Personal Data
- We may collect Personal Data directly from you; automatically when you interact with our websites or online Services; from property owners or managers in connection with laundry services; from payment processors and laundry technology providers; from third-party technology providers that host, develop, or operate Aaxon-branded or Aaxon-linked services; from website security, fraud-prevention, and CAPTCHA providers; from vendors and service providers; from business partners and affiliates; and from other sources permitted by law.
- The information available to Aaxon may differ depending upon the payment system, mobile application, laundry equipment, property, or service that you use.
3. How We Use Personal Data
- Aaxon may use Personal Data to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; process and document laundry transactions; administer accounts and mobile-payment functionality; respond to service and refund requests; provide customer support, including web-based chat and text support; monitor or record customer-service and other business calls where permitted by law; provide quality assurance and training; communicate with residents, customers, property managers, and business partners; administer stored-value and laundry-payment systems; prevent or investigate fraud, misuse, automated abuse, unauthorized transactions, security incidents, or violations of our terms; maintain and repair laundry equipment; process payments and reconcile transactions; administer customer and business relationships; conduct analytics and improve our website and Services; send marketing or informational communications where permitted by law; administer financing, qualification, or business inquiries; protect Aaxon, our customers, users, property partners, and others; comply with legal obligations; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected or with your consent.
- We seek to limit the Personal Data we collect and use to information that is reasonably relevant and necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
4. How We Disclose Personal Data
- We may disclose Personal Data to service providers that perform services for Aaxon, including website hosting, information technology, payment processing, communications, call-recording or telecommunications services, mobile and laundry-technology platforms, website security, fraud-prevention and CAPTCHA services, analytics, customer support, equipment technology, recordkeeping, security, professional services, and similar functions.
- We may disclose appropriate information to property owners, property managers, housing providers, universities, institutions, or other Aaxon customers when reasonably necessary to operate or administer a laundry program, address a service matter, investigate a transaction, protect property or equipment, or provide contracted Services.
- We may disclose information to payment processors, financial institutions, card networks, mobile-payment providers, digital-wallet providers, laundry-technology providers, and similar parties when necessary to facilitate a transaction or provide a requested service.
- We may also disclose Personal Data to our affiliates; accountants, attorneys, insurers, auditors, consultants, and other professional advisors; government agencies, regulators, courts, law-enforcement authorities, or others when required or permitted by law; and parties involved in an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
- Service providers that process Personal Data on Aaxon's behalf are expected to use the information for the services they provide to Aaxon and as otherwise permitted by applicable law and contract.
5. Sale of Personal Data, Targeted Advertising, and Profiling
- Aaxon does not sell Personal Data for monetary consideration.
- Aaxon may use analytics, advertising, or similar technologies in connection with its websites and marketing activities. Depending on the technology used and the law applicable to you, certain disclosures of online identifiers or activity information to advertising or analytics providers may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or processing for "targeted advertising" even where no money is exchanged.
- Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of such processing, eligible consumers may exercise that right through any cookie or privacy-preference mechanism Aaxon makes available or by contacting Aaxon as described below.
- Aaxon does not use consumer Personal Data for solely automated profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, except as specifically disclosed and permitted by applicable law.
6. Payment Systems, Mobile Applications, and Stored Value
- Laundry equipment operated or serviced by Aaxon may permit payment through physical smart cards, mobile applications, digital wallets, credit or debit cards, or other payment technologies.
- Certain Aaxon-branded or Aaxon-linked services, including mobile payment, resident portal, customer-service, field-service, and payment technologies, may be hosted, developed, or operated by third-party technology providers. Those providers may process Personal Data on Aaxon's behalf or, depending on the service, under their own terms and privacy policies. Where Aaxon receives Personal Data from or provides Personal Data to such providers, Aaxon will process that information as described in this Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable law.
- Independent third-party applications, digital wallets, financial institutions, card networks, and other services that Aaxon does not own or control may collect Personal Data directly from you and process it under their own terms and privacy policies. Aaxon does not control the privacy practices of those independent third parties.
- The treatment of balances, refunds, lost cards or devices, and similar matters is governed by Aaxon's applicable Terms of Use and Refund Policy, subject to applicable law.
7. Text Messages and Mobile Information
- If you provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from Aaxon, we may use your number to provide communications that you requested or authorized.
- Aaxon does not sell mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information.
- Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Aaxon may provide information to service providers as reasonably necessary to transmit messages, administer the messaging program, provide requested Services, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with law.
- Message and data rates imposed by your wireless carrier may apply.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
- Aaxon and service providers acting on our behalf may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics technologies, or similar technologies to operate our websites, remember preferences, understand website usage, improve our Services, maintain security, measure marketing effectiveness, and, where applicable, support advertising activities.
- Our websites may also use CAPTCHA, fraud-prevention, security, or similar technologies to distinguish legitimate users from automated or abusive activity. Providers of those technologies may process device, browser, network, and interaction information as necessary to provide those services.
- Browser-based "Do Not Track" signals are not standardized and may not be recognized by all of our systems. Where applicable law requires Aaxon to recognize a particular legally valid opt-out preference signal, we will process such signals as required by law.
9. Sensitive Personal Data
- Aaxon does not seek to collect sensitive Personal Data unless it is reasonably necessary to provide a Service, process a request, comply with law, or for another disclosed purpose.
- Where applicable law requires consent before processing Personal Data defined as "sensitive," Aaxon will obtain the required consent or otherwise process the information as permitted by law.
- Aaxon does not sell sensitive Personal Data.
10. Data Retention
- Aaxon retains Personal Data, including recorded calls where applicable, for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, including providing Services, maintaining transaction and service records, quality assurance, training, administering accounts and business relationships, complying with legal, accounting, tax, insurance, contractual, and regulatory requirements, preventing fraud or abuse, resolving disputes, and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
- Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and the reason it was collected. Aaxon may retain information for a longer period when required or permitted by law, subject to a legal hold, or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or litigation.
- When Personal Data is no longer reasonably required, Aaxon may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it consistent with applicable law and our record-retention practices.

- Aaxon uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, acquisition, use, alteration, or disclosure.
- No information-security system, electronic transmission, wireless network, or method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, Aaxon cannot guarantee absolute security.
- If Aaxon experiences a security breach involving Personal Data, we will investigate and provide notices to affected individuals, regulators, law enforcement, or others when and as required by applicable law.
12. Children's and Minors' Privacy
- Aaxon's websites and online Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 years of age.
- Aaxon does not knowingly collect Personal Data online directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent where required by applicable law.
- Certain state laws may provide additional privacy protections to individuals under 18. Where such laws apply to Aaxon, Aaxon will process Personal Data relating to minors in accordance with those requirements.
- If Aaxon learns that it has collected Personal Data from a child or minor in violation of applicable law, Aaxon will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise appropriately address the information.
- A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has provided Personal Data to Aaxon in violation of applicable law may contact us using the information provided in this Privacy Policy.

- Depending on your state of residence, the nature of your interaction with Aaxon, whether the applicable state privacy law applies to Aaxon or the particular information involved, and other statutory limitations or exemptions, you may have certain rights concerning your Personal Data.

- Not every right described above is available in every state or in every circumstance. Certain laws also exclude information processed in an employment or business-to-business capacity, information regulated under other laws, deidentified information, or other categories of data.
- Aaxon will honor verified privacy requests to the extent required by applicable law.

15. Appeals

16. Authorized Agents
- Where permitted by applicable law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf.
- Aaxon may require reasonable evidence that the agent has authority to act for you and may require you to verify your identity directly with Aaxon, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
17. Marketing Communications
- You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link contained in the communication or by contacting Aaxon.
- Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent Aaxon from sending transactional, service-related, safety, account, legal, or other non-marketing communications.
- Text-message preferences may be managed in accordance with the instructions contained in the applicable messaging program.
18. Third-Party Websites and Services
- Aaxon's websites and Services may contain links to or integrate with websites, mobile applications, payment services, platforms, or other services operated by third parties.
- Aaxon does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing Personal Data to them.
19. Governing Law and Venue
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Privacy Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it or Aaxon's privacy practices will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any such dispute will be in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
- Aaxon may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.
- When we make changes, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on our website and revise the effective date above. If required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially changing how we process Personal Data previously collected.
