Lease Term: 10-yr. Initial term with three 5 yr. options
Signage: Maximum signage allowance
Parking: Minimum of 12 spaces
Demographics: A predominance of rental homes and apartments; $20,000 to $50,000 median household income; 35% + Renters
Trade Area Population: 10,000 people within a one-mile radius
